friends of the enemy.

hola!!

today is Customer Appreciation Day at Bukit Merah Library. so readers get free balloons and tokens today. but the best part is there is a malay dance by Gan Eng Seng primary girls. i didn't know what was the morning show but the afternoon one was the malay dance. i was so excited when i heard there will be a malay dance laa!! it so reminds me when i was in primary school. when the girls came in to the room before their performance i was like "oh my god!! so cute!!" and i couldn't help but look at them for full 5 minutes. haha. and i got to see them perform, although i didn't get to watch the whole dance. i was supposed to be inside doing bookdrop u see. i managed to sneak out and pretend to be doing shelving with mama isti. haha. and i was satisfied!! when i went back inside the room i smiled to myself as i reminisce my good old days as a malay dancer. hmmm... those were the days of thick make up, colourful baju and hectic trainings. not forgetting the nervous feelings before the performance and satisfied and relieved feelings after the performance. hehe.

oh today i did non stop scanning at the bookdrop. from 5 to 9. tiring laa!! some more now is holiday period where people can borrow 8 books instead of 4. so the returning is also doubled. tsk. tomorrow another whole day of bookdrop. aiyah...

i talked to an old friend during my break just now. and the story is so unnecessary. why do people like to feel like the world is on their shoulders only?? why they like to act like as if they have to handle whole world's problems?? actually the only problem they have is themselves. bodoh punye orang. bebual macam paham je. chet!!

and then another old friend told me of the plans that person has made. and it got me laughing. its quite funny. really. although that person's plans involve lifelong commitments and mutual agreement between another person. yep its a serious matter but i just can't help but to laugh. so i just tell the friend all the best. haha.

and both of my friends are old friends, literally and not. haha. if you get what i mean, good. cos i feel like i'm talking nonsense already.

oh last last. my dad called from Mekkah this morning. lucky i managed to talk to him. i was already outside wearing shoes to go to work. he's well and happy as usual. and he's gonna be botak when he come home. haha. i need a new pair of sunglasses. haha. my dad is gonna be the next vin diesel.... and my baby brother is coming tomorrow as well. another arly morning for me....

i'm tired. see you when i see you.
