my right thigh has a heeyuuuuggeee bruise....

okie norimah... so whats the moral of the story after this morning's event??


1) NEVER EVER try to do strenuous exercise when u are having 2nd day menstrual cramps. STAY AT HOME and LIE IN BED is the best solution.



2) EAT BREAKFAST before doing any strenuous exercise.



3) DO NOT force yourself if you can't take it.


4) BRING a water bottle in case you fainted.



there, remember the rules above before trying to do ANY kind of exercise okie... especially if you haven't been doing any exercise for the last 5 years... :D
